Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form below. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return of your item(s).

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, NOUS SOMMES LABELS offers a voluntary 30-day return period for online purchases.

Returns are at your own expense. Customers in the Netherlands can purchase a return label through our online return portal for €6.65.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all hangtags and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.
