You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form below. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return of your item(s).

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, NOUS SOMMES LABELS offers a voluntary 14-day return period for online purchases.

Returns are at your own expense. 

Please note that NOUS SOMMES LABELS currently only ships orders within the Netherlands.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all hangtags and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. You may return your item(s) using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed by our warehouse.
