Ordering

What size should I buy?

We recommend choosing your usual size. Still unsure? No worries- our customer service team is happy to help you find the perfect fit. You can also visit one of our stores and try the products in person.

Where is my order? 

We know waiting isn’t fun! Some of our carriers are currently experiencing delays, but rest assured we’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your track & trace link can take up to 48 hours to become active, so please allow a little time before reaching out.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What payment methods can I use? 

We like to keep it easy. You can pay with debit or credit cards(Maestro, Visa, Mastercard), as well as iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and SOFORT.

I received a damaged item, what can I do? 

Oh no - that’s not what we want for you! While we do our best with quality control, mistakes can happen. If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at support@noussommeslabels.com, and we’ll make sure it gets sorted quickly.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the cost of shipping? 

For orders within NL / BE / DE, shipping costs €6.65 for orders below €100. Orders of €100 or more are shipped for free to - nice, right?

How can I return my order? 

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item(s). Just make sure everything is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all hangtags attached and in the original seal bag. 

Use our online form to start your return. 

Don’t forget to include the return form so we can identify your return. Once it arrives at our warehouse and is processed, your refund will be issued within 14 business days

Can I return my order in store? 

At the moment, online orders unfortunately can’t be returned in our physical stores.

Can I exchange my order? 

We don’t offer direct exchanges just yet. If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one - that way you’ll get it as quickly as possible.

In-Store Purchase

Can I return item(s) bought in store? 

Items purchased in store can be exchanged in any of our stores within 7 days, as long as you have the original receipt and the items are in perfect condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. 

Members of our Loyalty Program enjoy an extended return period of 30 days

Returns can be made for a different product or store credit (gift card). Please note that refunds to the original payment method are not possible, and sale items are final. 

I bought a damaged item in store, what can I do? 

That’s not the experience we want for you. If you purchased a damaged item in store and have the original receipt, please bring it back to the store. We’ll do our best to repair it, and if that’s not possible, we’ll happily replace it with a new product.  

Collection & Promotions

Is the entire collection online? 

Most of our collection is available both online and in store. That said, some stores may carry additional items such as clothing styles or accessories like scarves and hats. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to contact your nearest store to check availability.

When are the promotions? 

Alongside our summer and winter sales, we introduce carefully selected promotions throughout the year. These may include limited-time offers or online exclusives. To make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.

Loyalty Program

What is the Labels Club? 

The Labels Club is our way of saying hank you. Every time you shop, you collect coins that unlock rewards, perks and nice little extras.

How do I join the Labels Club? 

Easy - if you have an account, you’re already in. No account yet? Create one and welcome to the club

What kind of rewards can you get? 

Good stuff only: discounts, longer return periods, free shopping bags and exclusive access to sales and special deals.

Where can I find an overview of my Labels Club wallet? 

Just log in to your account to check your coins, your level and what rewards you’re close to unlocking.

How do I earn Coins? 

You earn 1 coin for every €1 spent. These coins are used as a discount for your next purchase. If you return an item, the coins (and your level) will be adjusted accordingly - fair is fair.

How do I redeem my Coins for a discount? 

Shopping online? Select your discount in your account and apply it at checkout.

Shopping in store? Just let our team know you’d like to use your coins- easy.

I forgot to apply my discount from my Coins. Can I apply this after? 

Sadly, no time travel here. Discounts can’t be applied after placing an order, but you can save it for your next one.

How does the referral system work? 

Sharing is caring. Send your personal referral link to a friend - once they create an account and place an order, you both get €10 off. Win-win.

Why did my Loyalty Program level go down? 

Coins and levels don’t last forever. If there’s no activity within 12 months, your level may drop - but one new purchase brings you right back on track.
