Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal portal below.. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return of your item(s).

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, NOUS SOMMES LABELS offers a voluntary 30-day return period for online purchases.

Returns are at your own expense. Customers in the Netherlands can purchase a return label through our online return portal for €6.65.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all hangtags and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.

International Returns

Please, make sure to insert your order number and name in the box with your item(s) so we can identify your return.

We strongly recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service when returning items. This is the only way to ensure your return can be traced in case of loss during transit. Please note that returns sent without tracking remain the responsibility of the sender.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached, and free from odors.

Please note that we can only process refunds for returns that have confirmed delivery. If there is no proof of delivery, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
