Our warehouse is experiencing some delay processing returns due to a shortage of staff and a high volume of orders. Please wait 14 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse before contacting customer service. Thank you for your understanding.
You have 30 days after the purchase date to return your item(s). Returns are at your own costs. Within the Netherlands we offer you the possibility to purchase a return label within the online return portal for a price of €5,50.
If you wish to return your item(s), make sure to return in its original condition, including hangtags, and is in its original seal-bag. Returns that do not meet the requirements will not be refunded.
Once your return has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
Purchases made online cannot be returned in store.

International Returns
Please, make sure to insert your order number and name in the box with your item(s) so we can identify your return.
We strongly recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service when returning items. This is the only way to ensure your return can be traced in case of loss during transit. Please note that returns sent without tracking remain the responsibility of the sender.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached, and free from odors.
Please note that we can only process refunds for returns that have confirmed delivery. If there is no proof of delivery, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
