What is the Nous Sommes Labels Loyalty Programme and how does it work?
Our loyalty programme is free to join and rewards you for every purchase. As you shop throughout the year, you move through different levels, and each level gives you access to new and exclusive benefits.
How can I collect and make use of coins?
You earn coins every time you shop, both online and in-store. For every euro you spend, you receive one coin. Each coin is worth €0.05 for your next purchase. For example, if you spend €100, you’ll earn a €5 discount for your next order.
Who can join and how do I sign up?
Everyone can join! Simply sign up online with your email address and start earning rewards right away.
What are the different levels and how do I reach them?
There are four levels in the programme: Rookie, Friend, Best Friend, and Family. You start as a Rookie and move up as you spend more throughout the year:
Friend: after spending €100
Best Friend: after spending €350
Family: after spending €750
All purchases online and in-store count toward your total. Benefits increase after each tier.
What benefits do I get for each level?
Each level gives you special perks, such as exclusive discounts, early access to new collections, event invitations and more. The higher your level, the better the rewards. You can see all benefits in the table below.
Is it free to sign up?
Yes, joining the Nous Sommes Labels Loyalty Programme is completely free.
Are there time limits to collect and use benefits?
Coins are valid for six months after you earn them. To maintain your tier status, keep shopping throughout the year - your progress resets annually.
How can I make use of my exclusive discount?
Your discount is added automatically if you shop online and are logged into your account. For in-store purchases, let the staff member at checkout know that you are part of our loyalty programme and your discount will be added.
How do I make use of my loyalty account in-store or online?
Online: Log in to your account before checkout.
In-store: Tell our team at checkout and they will link your purchase to your loyalty account.
Can I use my coins together with other discounts or promotions?
In most cases, coins cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
If a promotion is running, you may need to choose which benefit you want to use.
Do my coins expire?
Yes, coins are valid for six months from the date they’re earned. Make sure to use them before they expire!
Can I transfer my coins or membership level to someone else?
No, coins and membership levels are personal and cannot be transferred to another account.
What happens to my coins if I return an item?
If you return an item, the coins earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
If you paid using coins, those coins will be refunded back to your account.
Why didn’t I receive coins for my last purchase?
There are a few possible reasons:
- You were not logged into your account during checkout.
- The purchase was made before you joined the programme.
- The order has not been fully processed yet.
If none of these apply, please contact our support team and we’ll help you.
Will I keep my benefits if I move down a level?
If you move down a tier, you’ll receive the benefits of your new level. Any coins you’ve already earned will remain in your account until they expire.
Do offline/in-store purchases count towards my loyalty level?
Yes! Just let our team know at checkout so your purchase can be linked to your loyalty account.
