Store Manager — NOUS SOMMES LABELS - Amsterdam

NOUS SOMMES LABELS is an Amsterdam-based fashion brand standing for feminine confidence. Our collection ranges from timeless basics to trendy styles. With two stores in the heart of Amsterdam, we're continuing to build our brand. For our store on the Nieuwe Spiegelstraat, we're looking for a Store Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive results and keep the in-store experience on point at all times.

What you'll do

· You recruit, train and coach an engaged team that loves coming to work every day.

· You analyse trends and drive performance from inventory management to sales strategy, you keep the overview.

· You create a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

· You contribute to seasonal activations, product launches and events around the NOUS SOMMES LABELS brand and store.

What we're looking for

· At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion

· A proven ability to lead a team and hit sales targets

· Experience with KPIs and performance-driven management

· Strong communicator, organised and detail-oriented

· A passion for fashion and a sharp eye for aesthetics

· Proactive, positive and customer-focused, you bring energy to those around you

· Comfortable under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
